Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all of our products globally at a flat international shipping rate of €4.50 (± $5).
When a customer orders 2 or more cases they will receive free international shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders (Netherlands) will take 1 - 2 business days to arrive. International deliveries will take approximately 5 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location and order date.
What service/courier do you use to ship your products?
In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, we use local post services that do not offer tracking. If you however do wish to opt in for a delivery involving tracking, you can select this option under 'shipping' while checking out. Important; additional fees may apply for shipping with tracking.
Are Paradise Amsterdam's phone cases protective?
Our hard plastic cases easily snap onto the phone and wrap around the edges to provide optimal protection for the phones exterior. Our cases also help prevent screens from scratching and cracks as the protruded edges of the case prevents your phones screen from touching the surface when placed face-down.
Do the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 phone cases fit on the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6S models?
We have tested our cases with both iPhone 5S and iPhone 6S models and they fit perfectly. During our testing we noticed that the phone cases fit slightly tighter on the iPhone 6S models. This is because the iPhone 6S is almost the same size as the iPhone 6—in inches it's the same height and width, but the 6S is bigger by fractions of a millimeter. The changes in size are however too small to cause any inconvenience.

Paradise Amsterdam mainly focuses on crafting Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy cases.
What to do if a case isn't in stock for my Apple or Samsung phone?
If the case you are interested in happens to be out of stock, no worries. Send us a message here and we'll be happy to restock the case in question for you!
What payment methods does Paradise Amsterdam accept?
To ensure all of our (international) customers have a pleasant shopping experience, we have added a variety of common trustworthy payment methods. We currently accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, iDeal, Mr. Cash and creditcards from all major providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
I wish to return a product I purchased, how?
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. Our return policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. My package hasn't arrived yet after ± 10 business days, what now?
Sorry to hear that your package is delayed! Unfortunately, we at Paradise Amsterdam cannot guarantee, assure or promise that the listed delivery times for product shipments are error-free. Outside influences (i.e. national/international holidays, special festivities or even natural disasters and political climate) could cause postal service delays from which our liability would be omitted.
You are eligible for a delayed delivery refund if your package has not arrived 21 days after your order has been placed. Until the set time for a delayed delivery refund has been met, Paradise Amsterdam holds the rights to withhold any refunds.
